Spring 2021 Frat Rankings (With Rationale)

Top: SAE, Delts, Sigs, ATO, Pike
Upper Mid:Fiji, PHI PSI, Phi Delt, ASig
Mid: ZBT, DCHI, SIG EP, SNU
Lower Mid: DU, PSK, AEPi, Aggers, Theta Xi, Psi U
Upper Bottom: Phi Tau, PKT, Kappa Sig, T Chi, DKE
Bottom: KDR, Triangle, Chi Psi, TKE, STG
Lower bottom: FarmHouse, SPD, Zeta Psi, OD, Beta Sig, AGS

SIGS: Pledge class of 18, but filled with great guys who uphold the good reputation with sororities and on campus.
ATO: Ahead of PIKE as they pulled a way better pledge class that had better guys in it, not quite ahead of sigs but with a good spring class i think they can be.
FIJI: Very good house, had a strong class and it blocking with DG
PHI PSI: Pulled a large PC (30+) which kept them their spot
ZBT: Pulled a PC of about 20, party with some top SRATS, they will be upper mid soon.
SNU: Pulled a pc of about 25 dudes, and have been partying with good upper-mid/lower top srats.
Aggers: Pulled a good pc that bumps them back up to lower mid
Psi U: They had a solid pc with some very cool dudes, 23s and 24s are fixing that houses reputation.

Phi psi has blocked with KD, theta, axo the last couple years consistently while only doing socials with top houses. They always pull good big pledge classes too. I’d say their in the right spot or should be higher

Higher? Your on some form of substance lmao. They bid EVERYONE. No brotherhood. Only formed on the sense of giving random girls a place to party. Brotherhood is the upmost of importance in a fraternity.

Everybody thinks their brotherhood is better than any other house they aren't in haha. You're trying to knock another house for a lack of brotherhood but how would you even know that. Like how do you quantify that in order to justify someone being a top house?
