The upper mid tier is fair because they’re blocking with good frats and have risen this semester. Also they all have good PCs.

That's kind of a strange accusation because of those three, Kappa is better than XO and ADPi...

At the very least Kappa is better than Pi Phi and Alpha Xi. And so is XO now that I look at it.

a tridelt wrote this for sure.... tridelt hasn’t been top in at least a year. this pc was awful and they’re now mid tier at best.
