Not sure if it is in IFC, it's a cooperative house that is kind of like a fraternity. It's a stong group with long history.

Nabor House and Sigma NU are both very good.
Farmhouse and Beta Sigs are both very good.
Lots of solid low key houses on campus.
Most big ones are good too.

Long as you don't pledge Pi Kapp or Acacia, you should be fine.

Right now there is some guy in Pi Kapp who is all excited because the post above put them in the same category as Acacia.
