Mid: D Chi, ZBT, Sig Ep, Phi Psi

Lower Mid: DU, PSK, SNU, AEPi, Theta Xi

Upper Bottom: Aggers, Psi U, KDR, Phi Tau, Kappa Sig, T Chi

Bottom: PKT, DKE, Triangle, Chi Psi, TKE, STG

Lower bottom: FarmHouse, SPD, Zeta Psi, OD, Beta Sig, AGS

Is Pi Kapp top tier here too because they are probably the best frat at isu. I heard they were suspended but would you rate them as top if they weren’t?

You can't tell me DU, PSK, SNU, AEPi and Theta Xi are all WAY BETTER than Pi Kapp. Pi Kapp actually throws parties compared to those at lower mid. PSK maybe is a little better than them but other than that Pi Kapp fits right there with them.

I am telling you all 5 of those houses are better than Pi Kapp.

However, Pi Kapp is better than the houses on the next level except for Aggers. Joke about them being an Ag house but they are very established here with an amazing building. So I would put Pi Kapp in the "Upper Bottom" tier in this thread.

Just a small side note - you guys REALLY should not be bragging about partying right now. You are already on probation for a year.

The thing is there is no such thing as a “prestigious house” at ISU. Members of their top houses whether it’s a frat or a sorority most likely wouldn’t even get bids from upper mids here.
