who exactly gets contacted back for COB?

I got contacted by a couple of houses. Are they contacting anyone who signed up for COB or are they picking? Wondering if I got a chance with one of the houses that I wanted

As long as you show up to the events and are engaging you should get a bid back. You have to make the house want you.
