This is how the ranks go at u of i, for both srats and frats. There’s top houses, then faux top houses, then middle and bottom. It’s that simple. Top = best of the best. Most people in these houses had bids at all top houses and the difference is in personality. Faux top = hang with top houses but also mid houses. Usually consider themselves top. Mid = solid, normal, average houses. Bottom = less than desirable houses
