Spring rush is just like fall rush. Mid to low fraternities will have all rush info listed while upper to top won’t, and you just have to know people. Classes are smaller

Most houses have the rush chairs' contact info listed on the university of Illinois Greek Life pages. If you really want to rush somewhere but don't know anyone in the house, you could just reach out about your interest.
