phi kappa theta

I hear phi kappa theta dudes are relatively new on campus and throw amazing parties and are an extremely friendly group of guys. Thoughts on rushing them in fall? I they have enormous potential to grow and rise in rankings in the near future, not to mention that they have a pretty nice house near the ike.

I don’t know about “enormous potential to grow”. They’re bottom house of semi semi relevant houses. Most people won’t lnow about them. But go for it if you want I guess lol
