appx. ranks for top 10 frats/sororitys w explanations

Disclaimer: I tried making this list as objective as possible, but there might be some slight changes in the ratings of the different houses from what I know. Ratings were based off of "rep"/"clout" from hanging w the respective houses and overall notoriety from social mostly. Tiers separated by {[x]} indicating house standing above the respective houses

Frats:
{[Upper tier]}
1) Sigs (known for dope parties, across the street from Joes, but apparently can be douchey)
2) Delts (dirty house, apparently can be rude, but--again--known for dope parties and stereotypical frat boys)
3) Pike (Undeniably one of the best physical houses--I mean they got a mansion for Christ sake--but can also be douchey and stingey on "party supplies")
4) Acacia (beautiful house w outdoor set up, apparently the inside is worse than the outside. Known for good looking guys that can also be a-holes)

5) SAE (haven't heard much, but I know they have some cool guys--but also have heard they can be rude)
6) ATO (location of house is far, but apparently cool guys w dope parties)
{[Upper middle tier]}
7) Phi Delts (house can be dirty, but have heard that they've got a decent social--despite not blocking this semester--and they're nice guys)
8) Phi Psi (one of the cleanest houses on campus w a solid 22 class, blocking w Theta--so something's going right. Known for their Samoa party in the Fall)
9) Fiji (Definitely coming up in the ranks with some cool classes; it shows their work is paying off bc they block w A Phi. House looks like a retirement home and is sort of far, but haven't heard anything overly positive or negative about them)
{[Middle tier]}
10) Alpha Sigs (Hang w some decent houses, have a decent but not amazing house. Haven't heard too much about them other than that they're nice)

sororitys:
{[Upper tier]}
1) DG (Good looking girls with a nice, traditional looking house. Hang w top houses)
2) G Phi (Same as above, apparently the 22s are avid partiers)
3) A Phi (Nice house w good location on campus, girls are cute and love to party but also can flip a switch to be very poised)
4) Theta (Great location for their house--right across from Kam's--and known for having sweet personalities--albeit sometimes being seen as fake--and also being very pretty)
5) AXO (House is far away but still very nice. Attractive girls who love to party)
6) Tri Delt (Small 22s class because they got put on probation, but they're still known for being attractive and going out a lot)
{[Lower upper tier]}
7) KD (w/ the new house they're going to be getting even better classes coming out in the future. Also known to be very pretty, and are also able to flip a well-poised switch like A Phi)
{[Upper middle tier]}
7) Kappa (house is also very far away from main campus [right next to Alpha Chi], but their "house personality" is sweet and funny girls. Some girls are very attractive, and some are just fairly attractive)
8) Chi O (House is very close to Theta [great location] and a number of their girls are very sweet and pretty)
{[Middle tier]}
9) Phi Sigs (traditionally have not been a top house, but their 22s class is overall pretty solid. House is pretty small, but that doesn't detract from their incoming classes)
10) Pi Phi (house is also in a relatively decent location [near Chi O/Theta], but they generally don't do too much with higher ranked frats. House is full of nice girls, but they just aren't known for being party animals or being as social as the other houses)
