AXO may not be “the top house” since that would be way too presumptuous, but it is definitely top tier. Sorry, but you are way off base. Don’t bash them just bc they had a great couple years now. It’s a fun house w great girls - like all of them.

Totally agree but sadly Theta is NOT top tier anymore :(
Thetas are still good but they have rested on their old reputation for too long and have fallen somewhat out of favor around campus. I'd sure they will work hard to get their sisterhood back.
