fraternities without residence requirements

by: Bruce

I'm rushing this semester. I'm interested in Phi Delt and Sig Ep in particular, but I'd be open to others. One thing I'm wondering about is residence requirements. I would prefer to be in a fraternity that does not require its members to live in the house. Are there any good fraternities like this? How many/which ones/etc?

You don't have to live in at Phi Psi because we have so many members after this fall pledge class we initiated. Great house, on the rise, and will have a brand new $4.5 million house in a year.
