This is as accurate as you can get. Gphi and Aphi have to stop with trying to promote themselves into top level. If anyone is close, it's AXO and you don't see them constantly trying to self rank. All top 6 houses are probably very similar.

Unpopular opinion but here is how I think it should be divided
dg/tridelt/theta
axo/gphi
aphi
kkg/kd
adpi/xo
axid/piphi (maybe aopi too)
aopi/pss/agd
sdt/aephi/dz
Aopi is tricky because their younger girls are awesome but you have to judge a house as a whole. It'll be interesting to see how they do with their 20s. Everything depends on who the girls talk to during rush. I talked to the most boring girl at a "top" house and a really cool girl at a "bottom" house one round. Next round, the quality of girls I talked to at each house flipped. Rush really highlights the whole house so each houses 20s will be interesting.
