does panhell have a sophomore quota?

Or anything else to help sophomores during rush? And is it just me or does everyone in the Greek office say different things/never have a clue?

In the eyes of PHC freshman and sophomores are treated equally. Only juniors have a separate pool. It's up to the individual houses to decide how much preference they want to put on freshman vs sophomores. Hope this helps!
