Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 4.0 I hate seeing a really nice group of girls getting bashed. These are very friendly girls who aren't afraid to be themselves. I don't see any social climbing in that.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 3.6 their 16s class is wayyyyy to obsessed with trying to climb the social ladder. you are where you are, don't try to climb. i know my house and many other houses think their 16s are pretty annoying but the rest of the house is great.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 3.0 When I came to campus, this house had a good sisterhood. Now I feel like they're too concerned with social order and losing what made them good. It is hard to clime the social ladder, just be who you are and enjoy your house. I'd describe them as wannabes

They bring in a cute pledge class consistently and they don't get hung up on what other people think because they are too busy having a good time. Quality girls that are both down to earth and usually pretty attractive.
