Eh, not really. It's pretty much entirely subjective. DZ could give ADPi a run for its money. Sigma and Zeta are really only "popular" because of their party reputations. Chi O is definitely getting better (largest pledge class last spring, for instance), but still has a ways to go.

Actually, all organizations have the same number of bids to give out during recruitment, the same quota. So the fact that Chi O got the largest pledge class (the only ones to reach quota) doesn't mean that they had a larger gap to bridge. In a perfect recruitment, each organization would start and end with the same number of girls.
