I'm going be a incoming sophomore transferring to Rutgers in the Fall. Could come confirm this ranking? Im looking for fraternities to rush

Best frats are TDX, Theta Chi, and Sig Chi (in that order). The others are mixed and positions will vary from person to person

Sigma Pi still has a long way to go to be considered in the top 5. Skulls are to overrated, Crows are the joke of the Greek System and Pikes,well you judge for yourselves.
