Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 3.6 The skulls are straight savages. They love partying and getting rowdy while still getting good grades and being competitive at Keller. The worst of the top tiers for obvious reasons but better in some aspects too. When they lose their house they will still be solid middle tier with good leadership i believe

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 4.2 Tightest Brotherhood on campus by far.. small for a reason. Great parties, very good socially. Tough pledge process (apparently hit pledges) Seems like they take GPA boosters some times cause some of the kids are weird. Very good-looking kids on the other hand though and know how to have fun. Good pledge class with some very good looking kids. Top 3 on campus

Tightest Brotherhood on campus by far.. small for a reason. Great parties, very good socially.
