informally rushing sophomore year

It depends on the sorority- only certain sororities will be able to do informal because it depends if they had enough seniors graduate to have spots open. It's basically you sign up, and you get some email invites to go to an open house at the actual sorority house. You don't have to go anywhere, only to where you want, but usually with informal there are only a couple options available. I did informal after dropping out of formal and had a much better experience- it's very relaxed! I went to an open house and then did a smaller gathering with just two sisters and got my bid after that. Best of luck to you :) Keep an open mind just like formal recruitment!
