have been better than ADPI and CHIO for awhile now. They didn't give snap bids. I don't know if they're top, but at least a tier above CHIO and ADPI.

There isn't a true top tier at Ut. No house is really that great. Most are just average but can be fun if you happen to like your pledge class, if not it's just meh and that's for all the houses.
