We're just going to take this girls word on it? No verification, no judicial process,nothing? What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Everyone loves to jump the gun when it involves women/African Americans.

News Flash......The incident is under investigation by the police, UVA Officials, Phi Psi IHQ, the victim's lawyer and the lawyers of the accused men. However, their are some UVA students that attended several Phi Psi parties, that stated to the press and UVA admin. that this type of behavior was going for quite some time. Just that no one said anything until now.
