Im a sophomore out of state guy returning who wants to rush and I was wondering about my chances with a 3.55 GPA and if recs help at all

Rush for guys pretty much goes on all year, so you can check out houses this year for next year, but that would mean you join as a junior, nbd if you don't care.

I know for a fact the top houses have already filled up, and matter of fact, if you want to get into a good/decent house you have to rush during the school year and the summer. There aren't very many spots at all available during formal rush.
