Who is more top Tier Alpha Phi or DG?

I would definitely put DG and KD above Aphi - while Aphi is a top house, they need to get their sisterhood in line before they can really compete with DG/KD.

If I had to choose between DG and Aphi I would def go with DG. Aphi's reputation sucks and their sisterhood needs help. Although DG has been on probation I think they have really pulled together and become stronger and it doesn't seem to have impacted their ranking.
