What are the chances of Sophomore, or Junior year transfer getting into a sorority?

No one's mentioned how competitive rush is. Is it like FSU/UF or like UCF? Or is it more relaxed because it's a private University? Just wondering.

Recruitment at the U is definitely more relaxed than big state schools. Also, plenty of sophs and juniors rush and sororities accept plenty of them. Sophs definitely have a better chance than Juniors, but Juniors get bids too.
