Uhm why does it cost so much to be in a soroity here? I was thinking of transferring, but I am from Virginia. I go to VT and pay about 600 dollars a semester.

We probably do more social stuff here. Its not even that expensive compared to other schools in the south

Okay so I'm not sure what these girls are talking about with their dues being $500 a semester... My dues range from 300-400 a month and that is because of all the social events. I'm from Virginia and I know that our social events are much larger and more extravagant than the ones at tech and add the t shirt purchases on top of that. We have some of the lowest dues in the SEC but it still isnt cheap. Expect to pay 1200-1400 a semester.
