new tiers

We make the tiers way too exclusive when in reality they should be expanded.
Elite:
ΦΓΔ, ΒΘΠ, ΘΧ, ΣΑΕ, ΣΝ

Lower Top:
ΑΤΩ, ΛΧΑ, ΚΑ, FH, ΣΠ, ΠΚΑ

Upper Middle:
ΣΦΕ, ΦΔΘ, ΦΚΤ, ΠΚΦ, ΔΣΦ

Lower Middle:
ΑΓΡ, ΔΤΔ, ΣΤΓ, ΤΚΕ, ΚΣ, ΦΣΚ

Bottom:
Everyone else

How do people judge if a fraternity is Elite, lower top etc....
What makes Pi Kapp different from Sigma Pi?
Both have an okay house and throw some parties and have average guys.

For those specific two fraternities, rush and name are the difference factors. Sigma Pi has a better turnout rate in rush and is more popular name.

It is just a matter of opinion. I had a bad experience with some sigma Pi's so they are not on my good side. If it was up to me I would move Sigma Pi down and move either Sig Ep or phi delt up.

For one look at the elite houses, they all have great houses. Then they also recruit great guys.

KA should be first in the lower top category. Sure they haven't had good pledge classes but they still are a desirable fraternity
