KA easily. I'd say KA and FH way at the top and then maybe Lambda Chi as a distant 3rd. I don't really see the point in this topic but I figured I'd give the answer anyway.

TKE, DTD, Sigma Pi, and theta chi get more than there fair share of hate also.

This in an outside opinion of how it is. Others can have opinions but they're probably biased to promote themselves or tear down a rival. This is how it is.
