Pike isn't top tier and Sigma Pi isn't above Phi Psi.

But pike will never be top with more than half their chapter being filled by gewbs. They'll probably always remain upper mid tier. But SAE is leader of the middle. Only ksig, phi psi and sigma pi are top. Everything else looks about right.
