How tough would it be to rush as a third year transfer? Would i have much less of a chance of getting a bid?

Don't even try it. I am in charge of rush for my sorority and we usually don't like older girls coming through. They are too demanding and set in their ways. Just join a nice club where you can go out and help the hungry and poor.
