fraternity fall recruitment?

I've been told that Fraternities at KSU don't do fall recruitment, but they do their recruitment over the summer. Is that true?

A lot of it happens over the summer but most houses will still be offering bids in the fall.

Recruitment for the fall really starts right after winter break. A lot of houses have very few spots left by the time summer rolls around. However, recruitment for the fall doesn't officially end until 2 weeks into the fall semester.
