tau epsilon phi?

I was a brother of TEP when I attended College. I'm looking to go to grad school and URI is my top choice. I saw the TEP house and it made me excited to know I have fellow brothers on campus.

I know that they were suspended a few years ago but are they coming back? Also how was TEP while they were on campus?

Their house is pretty much condemned and they won't be coming back anytime soon.
