hows sig chi here?

What's an honest opinion of Sig Chi here. I go to another school and my friend always tells me they're the best on campus. Is this true?

I'm in a sorority, and Sig Chi's are alright. kind of overrated and douchey, but you can find some nicer guys in every house. definitely worth joining. the only bad thing is they really only have socials with like two sororities, and they're good, it's just that there are more than just two good sororities on campus.

I'm not in Sig Chi, but I transferred to UI and I think they're top three, if not top house. It much more difficult to decide who's "top house" because unlike other schools you're not allowed to have parties at the house.
