Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Iowa - UI 4.4 I will say they are an upper tier frat. They are known for having great philanthropies. They are in hot water with IFC right now so we will see how this effects them.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Iowa - UI 3.2 Great house. Very successful Philanthropy. Above average group of guys. I would rank them in the upper middle tier/upper tier level. One problem is though is that they weren't selective with rush this year. Quality triumphs quantity especially in Sally Mason's witch hunt.
