mcollege- keep in mind that there are live-in requirements for almost every chapter house. I believe the average requirement is 2 years. And I believe the initiated live-in is actually per semester.

they're more expensive here. dues are around 1,000 a semester at least, many of them are more. my house its 5,000 a year to live in, on top of dues.
