If Sig Chi returns next year, it won't be long before they replace KA or Theta Chi in the top 6 once again.

Miami’s Greek heyday was not 2015, it was when my dad was there in the 80s and 90s. Half the campus was Greek vs 1/3 now. Far fewer restrictions then and wilder parties.
