Only ranking the frats houses

by:    

KS/Fiji/TKE - best houses on campus and would be great houses at any school.

BTP/ATO/ChiPhi/AEPi - the above average houses at tech, these would be good houses on any campus.

SX/SN/PDT/PKP/OX - upper mid houses that are slightly better than average or better than average but VERY old houses.

The rest of the houses are smallish/average and some fraternities like PKA KA and SAE do not take very good care of them either.

The physical houses have nothing to do with quality membership or best parties and social lives. Smart rushees know it's not about buildings.

KS BTP ATO and TKE have the best parties (minus Beta unless they throw joints) best guys, and best houses to offer.
