the few girls I've met from this house are really nice! And I'm happy they don't have like 400+ rankings like other houses!

Maybe the poster of "looking up" meant intellectually strong, something which the respondent re: looking up seems to be missing. Oh, I better explain that poster means the person posting a comment as opposed to a wall decoration.
