This is a great ranking. Pi Phi is just not doing well so that is too high. I think AXo would be higher. Maybe trade them with Pi Phi.

Move Theta down to after Pi Phi and move KD down to the bottom of the middle. I think this looks like a KD post trying to blame Theta.

They are on here all the time, especially KD, trying to increase the rank of their house but the truth is that no one really likes either house and top girls don't want to go to either.

KD and Theta are both very well liked and considered top 5 along with ChiO, GPB, and KKG. PiPhi is not well liked and is middle tier at best.

Well Kappa is better than Theta and Pi Phi is better than KD. At least everyone can agree on that. If you need 3 houses for pref I'd choose Chi O, G Phi, and Kappa. I would only consider Theta and Pi Phi if I got cut from one of the other ones. Most people would make the same choices. So therefore Kappa is a top house.

XO and GPB are top houses. KKG and PBP are tied for middle top and KAT, ZTA, KD, and AXO are tied for middle. PM, AOII, ADP, and DDD are tied for bottom middle. AXZ is bottom.

Ranked in order--
Top tier--Chi O, PiPhi/Kappa (tied), GPB, Theta
Mid tier--KD, AXO, Zeta, Phi Mu
Bottom tier--ADPi, AOPi, DDD, AXiD

Just look at return rates girls! Like it or not those top 5 houses get the best return rates in probably that order. Anyone who says differently is clueless!!!

Well, Pi Phi, that's interesting. If you look at return rates, Pi Phi is behind Kappa and Theta and they're all behind Chi O and G Phi.
