Truthfully kappa is spotty in the south but kd is very consistent really kd is much much better than kappa from louisana up to virginia and kd is now at gw boston college dartmouth purdue vanderbilt penn state several other ivy leagues I wont be surprised if kd passes kappa nationally someday soon
