best advice is to just shoot an email to the person of contact on most of the sorority sites. Most had 1 or 2 girls drop this year, bringing them just slightly below quota (unless you're PSS which was way before quota). But definitely go for it. Most chapters are going to applaud you're initiative and they'll give you a blatant and straight forward answer (either yes and how to proceed or worst case scenario a simple no, not doing informal) So do you;re research and get out there and send those emails!
