Oh and one more thing: It does seem like UGA should've waited one more year to bring on Alpha Phi to give DPhiE another solid year of recruitment. Alpha Phi was going to come on the heels of Gamma Phi colonizing but it was pushed out another year, which really helps Gamma Phi become more successful in the long run.
