2 minutes on Google proves you wrong. Pittsburg State, University of Northern Colorado, Missouri Valley all have houses. There are probably more but I don't care enough to keep looking. Typical IU, when an organization starts showing some success, some groups feel threatened and have to try to pull them back down. As "process" said there is a process and serious money involved so it may not be in their immediate future, but we don't know. If you want to know what ASAs house plans are, if any, ask an ASA and stop speculating.
