No. Especially if thats a high school gpa. Stop concerning yourself with tiers. You would be lucky to be in a "bottom tier" house. They are all filled with amazing girls and you will get just as good of an experience as the "top" houses. I say this as someone in a top 5 house. We drop girls right off the bat for gpas like that. But you might have better luck with a lower house. I have friends in every house including the "bad" ones and they are all gorgeous and love their sisters and their sororities to death.
