Sigma chi is the biggest fraternity on campus. They have over 200 members. However to be better, they need to be more selective instead of giving bids to every kid who stumbles into their house 2 days before school starts. Sigma chi will always be middle tier unless they can get a decent house to compete with the mansions of sig ep, kappa sig, and ka. It's a fraternity in a tough state because they can't really move up, just down.
