Those who are, the Chapter Treasurer prepares a basic spreadsheet for their Chapter advisor and national offices. They are Not prepared by an independent auditor. Second, there have been many discussions not a revolt at Chapter meetings requesting an annual audit. Many the Pledge Classes have brought this request to their Chapters. It is up to each Chapter, NOW.
