Y'all are unbelievable. They aren't even on campus yet and you're already trying to tear them down? Real nice Panhellenic spirit. Tech is desperately in need of a new group, so, you should want them to succeed. Further, obviously the expansion committee saw something in them, or they wouldn't have been chosen. Alpha Xi Delta has more chapters in Texas than Phi Mu, and at more similar schools, where Phi Mu's chapters are at University of Houston, Houston Baptist, Tarleton State and Texas - San Antonio. And Phi Mu was chosen to colonize next, between Fall 2017-Fall 2019. Evidently DZ was not a good fit at this time.
