I think both of you should go through recruitment. Remember to keep an open mind, and most of all, have fun. Also, keep in mind that Alpha Phi will be colonizing this fall. They will be looking for new members in all classes. Being a charter member of a sorority is really a neat thing. Your name goes on the charter, and 50 years from now, you'll still be known as a charter member of Alpha Phi at UNC.
