Ranks regarding frats is hard because they all lose and gain momentum like weekly lol. PKP may be too new to be top, but definitely have momentum, same with Phi delt (though they aren't new) Sigchi's problems and recent PC's definitely caused a downward shift. Some people love Pike, some hate it, so idk if they are the 'best,' its all a matter of opinion. As for the girls, KKG is on the rise big time whereas DZ is becoming somewhat irrelevant, Tri Delt had the prettier PC and dominate in involvement so they have become the top house I think. Chi O is too middle of the road in everything but they've always been considered top so who knows. Just my view!
