Sig Delt is new and is getting established here. They've only been here for 4 years and getting a house usually takes longer. Grand Marc is temporary, they just wanted a temporary meeting space. They have a wide mix of girls, but are definitely really fun and nice to be around. That being said G-phi is much more established here and their house is incredible. They are very diverse, so its hard to say exactly what they're like. Going out with them, they are really fun and sweet girls.
