The only ones I would consider rushing, not in any order of ranking: SIG CHI Still top frat at UM, though they have slid down a bit in quality in my opinion. Stereotype is lax bros that rage. SIG EP Better than SAE now, which has slipped in quality. Athletic and heavily Latin. Very concerned with image but supposedly decent brotherhood. Pulls hot girls. KAPPA SIG Serously have made great improvements. Very involved on campus and good relationships with mid tier sororities. Quality has increased, good brotherhood and decent athletically, but needs to improve social presence. BETA Lost the former Pike house which sucks, but shouldn't be an issue considering Alpha Sig is getting it (they only mix with Kappas, enough said). Throw decent parties but leave them open to geeds. Dues very high, so they do well in philanthropy. PI KAPP Not too dominant but mid tier sororities love them. Good brotherhood, have a preppy, "gentlemanly" reputation. SAMMY Mid tier rager frat. Sobe sobe sobe. Apparently has a crappy brotherhood, but goes hard to make up for it. Uninvolved on campus. Gets decent girls. PHI DELT Basically a slightly lower quality Pi Kapp. SAE Needs to step up to be a top tier frat on campus once again. Like a slightly more involved, athletic Pi Kapp at this point. High mid tier for now. Rest are irrelevant.
