THETA CHI- Pros: Has quickly risen to be among the best fraternities on campus. They own the largest and nicest house in Auburn, and contrary to the common rumor, they are paying it off with ease and not struggling financially. Despite a low-key spring semester this year, they're known for their amped up social life. They throw the most parties, which are usually very fun and can be very unique (ex: Thetadega). Pull a lot from top sororities but almost every sorority hangs with them. Also, they're surprisingly involved, usually running IFC and holding positions in SGA. Have had very successful results in rush over the past few years and are likely to continue. Cons: They have, unfortunately, maintained terrible relations with other fraternities and definitely have their fair share of haters. They used to be notorious pranksters, party crashers, and troublemakers. Many fraternities still hold grudges against them for this even though the maturity level at Theta Chi seems to have improved. This really hurts them with socials and joint parties since no fraternity wants to do anything with them. They're known for their drinking and can be classless drunks at times. Pledge here if you're looking for a great social life with tons of house parties, involvement, and a mostly close-knit brotherhood.
